Selection of bearing grease

Lubricating grease can reduce friction, avoid abrasion and corrosion, prevent solid and liquid from polluting the bearing. Good lubrication can ensure the longest service life of the bearing. The grease will form an oil film between the sliding surface and rolling surface of the bearing to avoid metal friction. Grease plays a role in the bearing. Oil will be discharged due to extrusion. Oil discharge to the sliding surface is not entirely caused by mechanical movement, but by the temperature rise of grease around the bearing. If the mechanical stability of the bearing used in vibration is not enough, it will be vibrated in or thrown out of the bearing, which will cause the structure of metal soap to collapse and damage the grease.
